Question Mark.

Is it too early for me to think about finding a property? Since like, forever, I always wanted my own house, where I can rule the house, decorate it as I like or anything. Maybe that's why I always love to see those big big houses and like to check out properties being sold.

I always attracted to 1) Fashion magazine *like duhh* 2) Property Buyer magazine 3) Motor trader magazine. Seriously. I love to see all those as if I have to money to buy them. Haha

Anyways, yesterday my dad bought a property buyer magazine and I just love to flipped through the pages and see those beautiful big houses, which costs over millions of ringgits. There's a section where it stated all the property (houses, and condos) for sale. I check out one by one houses/condos for sale and look at the price.

There is this one house in bangsar. Sri Kasturina Condo. Sale for RM520k. Not bad. Not bad. Because it is partly furnished, close to BSC shopping center etc. But I'm not sure where exactly is this condo. One thing for sure, It is super convenient woooo staying in Bangsar!

Another one is in Kota Damansara, Palm Spring. Sale for RM228k. I'm surprised to see the price is super reasonable. Condo near One Utama, Ikano, Bandar Utama, fully furnished. Niceeeee!

AND another one is at Riana Green @ Tropicana. Sale for RM755k. Expensive, I know. but got 4 rooms with attached bathroom and 1 maid's room, extended kitchen with dry area. Spacious extended living hall. Well renovated. Interesting, ey. :P

Seeeee? See how I enjoy reading those small small little details that makes your heart pumping, thinking and wanting the house. :P

Anyways, If I had money, I would choose either the Sri Kasturina or Palm Spring. Obviously, I don't have my own money now, and I always think that there is always bank loans to help me out. But I guess, that is not the only option left.

BECAUSE
I read this section in the magazine saying that:

- When facing a tight budget, look beyond bank loans. There might just be another leeway to finance your home e.g through insurance agencies.
- Work around tight finances when building or furnishing your home. On top of that, always look within your own network for assitance. You might just strike gold with a little bit of perseverance.
- Finally, don't judge a book by its cover. What may appear to be 'lalang' today might just grow into a habitable, charming suburb tomorrow.

;)
