Huzir called me just now when I'm on the way to my college cuz I want to enroll into HELP degree programs, before going back hometown.
He said that went to RHB Bank at UOA Damansara to open a new account because his company ask him to do so. His salary will be transferred easily into his RHB Bank account. *Last week, I went to the same place and try to ask whether I can open an account for him, since I have his IC copy and an authorize letter, but couldn't because of the procedure thingy*
He went there, and the girl said that they couldn't read the chip. FINE. The girl said that Huzir have to go to Jabatan (I don't know what Jabatan ) to validate his IC, and get the cop from someone or whatever nonsense. FINE. So, huzir went to another RHB branch in Pusat Bandar Damansara, near with HELP mainblock. The officer said, "Oh, you're working in HP tower,ha. then, you have to go to the nearest RHB bank, there at UOA there."
Like, wattahell? Why can't they just open the account??? Does it really matters where you open your bank account?!?!?! Oh gosh! How STUPID they are. You still can go to any other RHB bank if you want to withdraw the money and there is NO difference. THIS IS JSUT SO WEIRD.
Okay. So, Huzir just decided to go to that Jabatan and get his IC fixed, and get a temporary IC letter where they validate the IC to be used anywhere. and now, he got no IC. just a temporary IC letter *something like that*. So, he went back to RHB Bank in UOA Damansara BECAUSE HE CANNOT OPEN HIS ACCOUNT OTHER PLACES, THE SAME GIRL said that TODAY, OPENING ACCOUNT CANNOT BE DONE and cannot use the temporary IC letter. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK!??!?!! I am soooo pissed off! really, I am. How I wish I was there. Memang.. huh!
Huzir was like, arguing with this Indian girl who happened to be the BOSS, LAZY BOSS to be EXACT. Huzir said that, you are the one that ask me to go to this Jabatan and get my IC valid because you cannot read my chip, and now, you're saying that I cannot open my bank account because I have no original IC which you are the one who asked me to change????!!!!! like, wattahell!??!?! Then, the LAZY BOSS said, that she said, go to the machine there in Jabatan and see whether they can read your IC or not, and get the letter thingy.
HUZIR WAS SO PISSED OFF BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T EVEN MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT CHECKING HIS IC IN THE MACHINE AND WHATEVER SHIT. LIKE STUPID, RIGHT?!??!?! THIS STUPID LAZY BOSS, just malas to open an account for him. Huzir was like begging her to open an account because he will got no other time to do so. He got a lot of work, have to go to many places, and now, the LAZY BOSS is not going to help him open a simple bank account? HOW INEFFICIENT IS THAT?!!??!?!?! I thought banks are there to help out people? Like asshole, I tell you. And huzir said, that its raya, later salary tak dapat, hey like, come on, ITS RAYA! oh yea, I forgot. THE LAZY BOSS DOESN'T CARE because she is an indian. *No offense to my Indian friends. you guys are awesome. except for some people like this LAZY BOSS!*
But the LAZY BOSS STILL DOESN'T CARE AND KEEP ON SAYING THAT MY BABY HUZIR CAN'T OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT. Then, Huzir try to figure something out. Huzir asked her, is there any other ways for him to open a bank account if you can't use the temporary IC letter. The girl said you can use your birth certificate. AGAIN, WATTAHELL!??! WHO USES BIRTH CERTIFICATE NOWADAYS?? IF YOU HAVE THE IC, THEN USE THE IC. OH MY GOD. THIS GIRL IS SO PEMALAS LA TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT FOR HUZIR.
So, Huzir asked again, Are you sure that if I have my birth certificate, I can open new bank account? So the LAZY BOSS said yes. And Huzir said, "You promised ha, that I can open my new bank account if I have the birth cert???" And she said "YES YES. I PROMISE YOU."
THE BEST PART IN THIS STORY ISSSSSSSS.....
HUZIR RUSHED BACK TO HIS CAR, TAKE OUT HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE THAT HE BRINGS EVERYWHERE IN HIS CAR, AND GET BACK INTO THE BANK WITHIN LESS THAN 5MINUTES. AND THE GIRL WAS SPEECHLESS AND COULDN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE SHE PROMISED HUZIR THAT IT CAN BE DONE! HUZIR SAID "YOU SAID, YOU PROMISE RIGHT, JUST NOW. NOW, OPEN A NEW BANK ACCOUNT FOR ME!"
YESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PUAS HATI AKU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PUASSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU GO BOY!
THIS STUPID LAZY BOSS, IS JUST SO LAZY. HUZIR IS GOING TO REPORT ABOUT THIS LAZY BOSS. GOSH! Don't go to RHB BANK UOA DAMANSARA. IT IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT YOU WILL EVER GET IN YOUR LIFE!
